- IT Solutions: Laptops, desktops, servers, and IT accessories supply and support
- Infrastructure & Network: Data center solutions, switches, cabling (UTP, Fiber Optic), WiFi, and Ethernet
- Smart Home (IoT): Konke smart home products including lighting, switches, thermostats, curtain motors, and sensors
- Low Voltage Systems: CCTV surveillance, satellite systems, intercom, sound systems, and PBX phone systems
- Installation Services: Professional installation and configuration of all technology solutions
- Technical Support: Ongoing maintenance and support for installed systems
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Lawful Use: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Responsible Conduct: Act responsibly and professionally in all interactions with our team
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your requirements
- Proper Use: Use installed products and systems according to manufacturer guidelines and our recommendations
- Access Permission: Ensure proper access to installation sites and necessary permissions for work to proceed
- Payment: Pay for products and services as agreed in quotations and contracts
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- Installing surveillance equipment in locations that violate privacy laws
- Using smart home technology to harm, harass, or invade the privacy of others
- Unauthorized access to networks or systems
- Any purpose that violates the terms of third-party manufacturers whose products we supply
5. Product Warranties
Products supplied by Code Tech are covered by manufacturer warranties:
- Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer
- Konke smart home products carry standard manufacturer warranty
- IT equipment warranties are as specified by respective manufacturers
- Installation workmanship is warranted for the period specified in your service agreement
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
6. Payment and Billing
Payment terms are specified in individual quotations and service agreements. Generally:
- Product purchases require payment as specified in the quotation
- Installation services may require deposit before work begins
- Payment is due as specified in the invoice or agreement
- Late payments may result in service delays or suspension
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy
7. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify Services: Update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion
- Update Pricing: Adjust pricing for products and services with appropriate notice
- Terminate Services: Terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in individual agreements
- Update Terms: Modify these Terms with notice to users
Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimers: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where specifically stated in product warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Code Tech for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Code Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our products and services.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in Kuwait.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual service agreements or quotations, constitute the entire agreement between you and Code Tech regarding the use of our products and services.
15. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
